Evimki delivers to a wide range of locations throughout Ghana. Whether you’re in a major city or a more remote area, we strive to reach you as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery service covers:

2. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders promptly. Our delivery time varies based on location, the type of product, and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Delivery: Typically, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. However, this can vary depending on your location and product availability. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Express Delivery: For customers who need their orders faster, we offer an express delivery service. This option typically ensures delivery within 1 to 2 business days in major cities like Accra and Kumasi. Availability may be limited based on your region and product stock.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as weather conditions, road closures, and other unforeseen circumstances. We work hard to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible and will notify you in the event of any delays.

3. Delivery Fees

We offer competitive delivery fees based on the location and size of your order:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery fees for standard service start at GHS 20, with the exact cost depending on your region.
  • Express Delivery: Express delivery fees start at GHS 40 and are available in select regions. This service ensures a quicker delivery option for urgent orders.
  • Free Delivery: If your order total exceeds GHS 500, you qualify for free standard delivery.

Our delivery charges reflect the size, weight, and destination of the products. For larger items, such as furniture or heavy kitchen appliances, additional delivery fees may apply. These charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, ensuring full transparency before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the status of your delivery via our website or through our delivery partner’s tracking system. This allows you to monitor the progress of your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delivery Issues and Returns

6. Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Signature Upon Delivery: To ensure the safe arrival of your order, we require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, our courier will attempt a second delivery or leave instructions for a collection point.
  • Unavailable at Delivery: If no one is available at your location during the delivery attempt, our delivery partners will either reschedule or advise you on how to collect your package from a nearby collection point.
  • Delays: We strive to avoid delays, but unexpected factors such as extreme weather, road conditions, or logistical challenges may cause delivery times to be extended. In these cases, we will notify you as soon as possible with updated delivery information.
